Canadian tennis player Leylah Fernandez will take to the courts in Paris for her second appearance at the Olympic Games.

In her Olympic debut in Tokyo, the Montreal native fought through the first round before losing in the next round to Czech player Barbora Krejcikova.
In Paris, Fernandez will be participating in both the singles and doubles events. She is seeded 16th in singles and fifth in doubles, partnered with Gabriela Dabrowski.
Fernandez said she is proud to be representing Team Canada again.
