Edmonton Elks Extend Tre Ford While Roughriders Keep Trevor Harris
EDMONTON – The Edmonton Elks are making significant moves for the future by locking up quarterback Tre Ford to a thrilling three-year contract extension. This deal ensures Ford will remain with the team through the 2027 season, solidifying his role as the starting quarterback.

His career completion percentage boasts an impressive 70.74%, ranking as the second-best in CFL history.
Harris holds two Grey Cup Championship titles, clinching victories with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012 and Ottawa Redblacks in 2016. His track record of excellence and proven leadership skills are pivotal for the Roughriders as they look forward to the upcoming seasons.
