Does Justin Trudeau Play Golf? Canadian Prime Minister’s Interest in Sports Explored as Presidents Cup News Breakout
Golf is a game that has charmed a lot of people, and now they just can’t get enough of it. That is exactly the case with the current Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau. Trudeau has been seen golfing around so many times like the time he went to the Belle Vue Golf Club in Léry in 2013 and had a great time despite the rainy weather.
He enjoyed connecting with the community indoors and appreciated the warm hospitality so much that he went on to his Facebook to express his gratitude. “The rain held the golfers back at Belle Vue Golf Club in Léry, but we had a great time inside,” he wrote. Now with the Presidents Cup around the corner, Trudeau has been invited as the honorary guest at the big event.
The event is set to take place at the Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal, Canada, from September 24-29, and the fans are thrilled with the news. Trudeau expressed his enthusiasm by offering his warmest wishes to all participants in the Presidents Cup with special regard for Canada’s talented golfers, which include top players like Hideki Matsuyama, Jason Day, and Tom Kim.
