Ottawa: After repeated denial by Canadian authorities regarding the presence of Khalistani extremist and India’s most wanted fugitive Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla, Times Now exposed their lies. On Wednesday, Times Now journalist Priyank Tripathi spotted Arsh Dalla attending the Ontario court’s hearing in Canada.

Over the period of one fortnight, Times Now has been tracking the official confirmation from the Milton Police in Canada, where cops have been passing the buck. Today, at 9 am Local time, Arsh Dalla appeared before the court via video conferencing, where he was provided a Punjabi interpreter, to apprise him about the court proceedings.

Arsh Dalla moved a bail application before the Ontario Court. Dalla’s lawyers have presented the required documents because the court.

Both RCMP and Halton Police had refused to give details of the man who was arrested in a shooting incident on October 28.

Arsh Dall was a close aide of deceased Khalistani extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar and is the head of the banned, Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).

Times Now investigation also punctured the lies that Arsh Dalla was shot at during the firing as he walked without support during the court proceeding. He was standing very firm with folded hands.

Canadian PM Acknowledged Presence Of Khalistanis In The Country:

Earlier this month, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for the first time acknowledged the presence of Khalistan supporters in Canada. Trudeau made these remarks during Diwali celebrations at Ottawa’s Parliament Hill on November 5.

“There are many supporters of Khalistan in Canada, but they do not represent the Sikh Community as a whole. Similarly, there are supporters of Prime Minister (Narendra) Modi’s government in Canada, but they do not represent all Hindu Canadians,” Trudeau had said.

India-Canada Diplomaic Ties:

The diplomatic ties between India and Canada deteriorated last year in September after Trudeau alleged India’s involvement in Khalistani extremist Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s killing. However, India rejected these charges as “absurd”. So far Canada has not shared any evidence backing its allegations.

India expelled six Canadian diplomats and withdrew its high commissioner Sanjay Verma and other “targeted” officials from Canada after strongly dismissing Ottawa’s charges.

India has been maintaining that the main issue between the two countries is that of Canada giving space to pro-Khalistan elements operating from Canadian soil with impunity.
