Huge Canadian entertainment venue to open

A new 80,000sq.ft entertainment venue is set to open in Southcentre Mall in Calgary, Canada, in November.

PowerPlay is a premium entertainment emporium featuring gaming, sports, movies and dining. The venue will feature a number of state-of-the art activities, such as Immersive Gamebox, baseball simulator Strikezone, golf simulator experience Golfzone Social, a bowling alley and an arcade, which is designed to suit players of all abilities.

There will also be a dine-in cinema, offering a cinema experience featuring gourmet F&B.

The venue expects to expand further next year to include a speakeasy, rooftop patio, laser tag and a Starbucks.
