Taylor Swift Rocks Canadian Tuxedo at ‘Lover’ Travis Kelce, Chiefs’ NFL Season Opener (PICS)

Travis Kelce entered a new NFL “Era” on Sept. 5 (Thursday), and girlfriend Taylor Swift was on hand to cheer on her man.

The pop icon returned to Arrowhead Stadium as a fan to watch the Kansas City Chiefs, and her boo, take on the Baltimore Ravens.

Kelce and the Chiefs continued their winning streak, defeating the Ravens 27-20.

Swift arrived sporting a twist on the Canadian tuxedo: a denim corset, denim shorts and knee-high boots.

As StarCrush previously reported, ahead of Thursday’s game, Kelce’s teammate, Patrick Mahomes, spilled that the “Karma” singer isn’t there just for show, but is actually “really interested in football.”

“She asks a lot of great questions,” the 28-year-old athlete told NBC Sports’ Chris Simms.

Mahomes, who earned his Super Bowl ring alongside Kelce in February, said: “She’s been drawing up plays, so we might have to put one in.”

Kelce has become one of the most talked-about athletes in the world since he began dating Swift in 2023, and Mahomes noted that the pop star has helped to make the Kansas City Chiefs a “worldwide team.”

He also admitted to being wowed by the pop icon’s down-to-earth attitude and her work ethic, explaining that she’s always “working on something”.

“I’ve met a lot of famous people now in my life. Taylor’s probably the most down-to-earth person that’s been on that stage for that long,” Mahomes stated.

“She’s never not working. Even when she’s taking her downtime, she’s working on something. Shooting a music video or singing a song or writing a song. You can see it by how she talks,” he added.
